Cancellation Policy-We understand that unplanned issues arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour advance notice. Cancellations received without a 24 hour notice, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. An additional fee will be charged if patient went through medical clearance and was approved by the NP for services.
Effective 1/1/24 All patients are required to do an annual virtual visit with an NP or PA prior to appointment for medical clearance. This is an additional, one time $30 fee for IV's and $40 fee for Semaglutide.
